Week 5 weigh-in..

..and another 1lb gone :)
I know its not a big loss this week but its still a loss and not a gain so im happy. My water intake plummeted last week and i struggled a lot with the diet. I also had some personal issues which made the whole diet thing so much harder but its Monday and im back on track so hoping for a good loss next week
