Week 5 weigh-in

    This weeks loss is 5lbs - so thats an overall weight loss of 19 lbs in 5 weeks - I am one happy bunny as I am now under 12 stone (11.11 to be exact[:D])


    I've also decided to change to the 790 program as I'm finding SSing increasingly harder as each day goes by. Looking forward to a meal each evening should keep me going!

    Here's to getting down to my next goal of 2 stone loss!

    Good luck with 790....wil be keeping an eye as I've toyed with moving up myself ! ;)
