Hi Liz, congratulations on a great weight loss, almost 2 stone, you must be chuffed. The main problem with changing your days is making sure you have enough sachets to keep you going. Your losses are great no matter what. Best of luck next week.

Yes, have plenty of sachets left, my friend gave me some when I first started, and I cheated on my first week so didnt use all of them. It helps having extra satchets- I have a supply at work, in my bag, in the car and at home lol, and also if I cant get to WI on the right day!!

Hi Liz well done that's a great weight loss :clap: keep up the great work.

My WI days have changed I used to WI on a Monday, then it went to a Thursday now it's Fridays but I agree it all adds up to the same amount in the end :D
