Hi bev im Deborah i just started for the first time on 15/2/11 had my first weigh in on tues and lost 9lb so pleased with myself for staying 100% all last week
first week i only had shakes this week i took a couple of soups and 4 biscuits first one down a bit vile but its nice have something to actually eat so am tempted to change a couple of my shakes for more biscuits handy with a cup of tea when your out and about
