Week 6 Weigh in and Measurements

Hi Everyone

I'm very pleased to report another 3lbs off this week! yay Didn't quite make that 2st after all but wth, I'm near enough at 26.6lbs lost in 6 weeks and 37.4lbs lost over all.

I took my measurements this week (doing it every 3 weeks) and pleased to report another 5 inches gone for ever!! \o/ Sooo pleased about that too.

Hope you are all having a great week and shall catch up with you as and when. It's going to be a busy one for me this week preparing for the funeral and such and I just hope I have the strength to get through it.

Well done Cookeh. You are really doing very well. Hope you get through the funeral. Sorrow and sadness are very hard to cope with. There is no easy way around such emotion, you just have to go through it as best you can. Take care of yourself.
