Yeah i found the Soda water contains Sodium Bicarbonate which can lead to increased water retention. So I'm sticking to plain sparkling water.

Only 2lbs but it may be due to totm, have coil and no periods so neva know. Been bloated and grumpy, thought it was just being fed uo doing LT.One more week then refeed for a bit x
I can understand how you feel but a loss is a loss, 2 Ibs of fat gone forever. You've worked very hard and stuck at it, you must do what fees right:D
