I lost another 3lb today, thats 2 stone in 6 weeks so i am well chuffed.

Was this doing SS? And if so you been 100% I have 6 weeks til my holiday and this loss is amazing! So well done x

Hi cherry every week has been 100 percent except the week i lost 2lb which i was naughty and had buffet food (was at a wedding and felt light headed so had to eat as was driving and there was sandwiches or fried stuff so opted for sandwiches)

When is your first weigh in? If you stick to it and drink the water any loss is possible although 1st weigh in is always more generally because its flushing out all the rubbish
