WEEK 7 WEIGH-IN

Clair, what a fab achievement, over two and a half stone in just seven weeks. I would be so thrilled to get that much off in that time. It gives you a great incentive to keep it up. I also have a long way to go and sometimes it seems all too far away but onward we must go. Good luck.

Molly, you have also done really well in such a short time and I am sure that you will continue that way. Before joining this forum, I would have been happy to lose 3 or 4 stone, but everyone has inspired me so much, that I am going for it!
We may have a long way to go, but at least we aren't alone!

Good luck

well done hun its a brilliant loss. an some people just lose faster you are losing steadly and thats the best thing for you. Good luck fo rthe wee ahead and your weigh in.

Thanks Anne-Marie, you have also had great losses and may you continue!
It is easy to get a little dissappointed with a smaller loss, but any loss is great as I could'nt even lose 1lb before Lipotrim!

Good luck for your WI

Wow you're Sister must feel fabulous. Well done her. Like you said - a totally new person.

I've also the horrible underactive thyroid. Hate it. This is the only plan that I've actually lost any decent amount of weight on. I couldn't go down the gastric band route, I'm a scary cat and very unlucky.

Yeah I see what you're saying about the big loss, it is a nice surprise. I'm sure you'll have one soon!

An underactive thyroid really gets you down, no matter how hard I tried to lose weight, I just could'nt. Prior to this, I lost nearly 5 stone just by healthy eating, but it was hard to maintain

I don't think I could have actually had a band fitted, I'd worry too much! Thank goodness I have found Lipotrim!

I would love a big loss, mine have all been 'average'.
