Hey I am curious as to see if ppl r happy with there weight loss on this diet! 3pounds in a week on this diet just doesn't seem to be a lot don't get me wrong it's great that it's comin off but I am thinking I was losing 8 pounds a week on weight watchers and I was aloud to eat on that!! so if I doin nothing but drinkin shakes I want more then a 3 pound a week loss.
Also I am really struggling with hot drinks a love my White coffee but obviously we r not a load milk and I'm not so keen on black coffee do u think that coffee with skimmed milk would harm as there is skimmed milk in the shakes? Wat do other ppl do instead of teas and coffees

Thanks for the reply and sorry i haven't replied sooner. Thanks for the info on the the coffee situation. I always get all chocolate flavours as i really struggle with all the other flavours.
What do you mean about out of ketosis? You mean hungry? I am always starving on this diet!!!!! I will from tomorrow stop with the milk in my brews!! Thanks again xxx
