week 7 weigh-in

i lost another 5lb this week so i think it brings me to a total of 3stone and 10 lb in seven and a half weeks on lipotrim! really cant get over how quick it has come off! ive got at least another 2 stone to loose before i get to my goal weight but im off to butlins for a weekend and so starting my refeed today!
good luck everyone, ur all doing really well, wish me luck on the other side, i might be back in a couple of weeks for the last push.
