Week 7? WI

    Can't remember what week it is now :p

    Anyways, my loss this week is 1 lb :)

    I am delighted, not for the fact it was 1 lb, but for the fact that I have gained muscle.
    Because I must have lost fat, because I can squeeze myself into size 10 jeans now! :D
    And I know I'm strong, cause I can lift more weight at the gym :)


    Oh, and, I have a size 8 top which fits me :confused:
    But I think it's cause it's a hoody, hehe.

    Well done. A 1 lb off is better than a 1lb on & if you are fitting into smaller clothes the inches must be dropping off. :D x
