    breakfast -
    half tin mackeral in tomato sauce
    5 seafood sticks
    lunch -
    sweet and sour mugshot with added stir fry veg and 2 egg mushroom omlette (dash of skimmed milk) 1 syn
    tea -
    roast potatoes and parsnips, mashed swede and carrot, cod in butter sauce (3syns?)LOTS of veg
    snacks -
    ww vanilla yogurt with a apple

    apple and ww yogurt

    mixed salad, carrot sticks, quorn chicken cous cous, baby new potatoes
    2tbs light salad cream - 4syns
    tea -
    quorn chilli mince,(beans, tinned tomatoes, leeks, carrots, mushrooms and onions) with rice
    snacks - 4 light dairy lea triangles HEa2
