    an other 3lb this week thats me up to 36lb off!! BMI has now moved down into a new section off the chart :happy096::happy096::happy096: seeing the BMI moving into new sections is the best!! thats 2 sections off the chart down and 2 more to go.

    Feel great!! I have a evening out next friday so this week I am going to do a re-feed week as its a meal that has already been paid for. The only thing is I have sum TFR packs left and was wondering if I should use them all up before I start using the re-feed packs. I was think I could take 2 off them a day and have a small salad in the evening. Anyone got an thoughts on this??:confused::confused::confused:

    i will suggest you keep going on the tfr and exceed your target weight loss so that even if you gain anything during refeed , you will be at your target weight, well done babe
