1) I bought new jeans. Not from a speciality shop, no hunting online for the right size. I walked into Asda and bought a pair of 44" George specials off the shelf. Admittedly they're a little tight but I'm rocking this diet, Brad Pitt doesn't have anything on me.
2) This week I dropped below 20stone for possibly the first time this century
3) It's my brothers birthday today and he's having a BBQ. So going to enjoy some salad and chicken (following the rules of day 1 refeed), then back on the shakes tomorrow.
At this weeks weigh in I lost 3.2kilo (7lb
), which see's me settle at 126.7kilo (19st 13.3lb)
