Hi Liz,
what a fantastic weight loss, this far into the diet. That took you over the half way mark too. It must make you feel fantastic to think how far you have come. It can be hard in the summer when people's plans revolve around food, BBQ's, days out, holidays etc. to be that bit stronger but you can be. You know you have done it for this long and you will keep going. As they always say on here there will be food after this diet. You'll be eating soon enough. Best of luck for the coming week.
