So it was a good one again this week.. another 3lbs off so I have now lost 2 stone... over the frigging moon does not cover it...


*edits* and when I say 2 stone its because I'm 0.1lb away from it and I'm taking that 0.1lb dammit!

Thank you Ladies... it's now Friday and whilst I felt really out of sorts at the start of the week... really questioning if I can really do this... I feel energised again by the diet and results I am achieving. Weigh-day on Sunday and I'm hoping for a steady loss again to keep up the momentum.
