After a disappointing 1lb loss last week, I've done a whopping 7lbs today! Woohoo - I'm soooooo chuffed. Have just checked my old SW book and the last time I was this weight was Nov 2007! Just goes to show that it's worth sticking with the CD diet if you have a small loss cos it definitely shows the next week.

well done. 7 lbs is really fab!! I hope im the same next week. had a small loss this week. ive never had a woosh!!! week. Must feel great. CD is great regardless if I get the woosh or not. It is steady and going down!!!
