After a disappointing 1lb loss last week, I've done a whopping 7lbs today! Woohoo - I'm soooooo chuffed. Have just checked my old SW book and the last time I was this weight was Nov 2007! Just goes to show that it's worth sticking with the CD diet if you have a small loss cos it definitely shows the next week.

I had a bit of a disappointing loss last week, and if I follow in your footsteps and have a better loss this week I will be over the moon!
    Congrats!

That is why this diet is soooo good - as long as you stick to it the weight will come off. Well done, great motivation for next week!!!
