Total Solution Week One Done

    and I am 6lbs down, pleased with that considering I have been doing my own version of Total Solution over the weekend!!! And I also lost 6lb on my first week when I did this diet the first time in January.
    I've been sticking to having 2 shakes a day then having a low cal, low carb meal in the evening since Friday, the cals and carbs are approx the same as the shake content,I know that the nutrional values won't meet up to 100% doing this, but the meals do consist of protein and lots of green veg.
    Does this sound ok?

    I think your meant to have 3 replacements and a meal !!!

    I've been doing the same as you. My WI was today & I lost 4.5lbs.

    I haven't been too strict, but will be this week.

    I think this is making it slightly easier for me doing it this way, I know I am sticking to the low carb low cal principle, so it should work, I know that nutrients aren't at 100% but must be around the 75% mark. I'm going to do 4 days with 3 shakes and 3 days with 2 shakes and a dinner.
    Hoping for another good loss next week, I have a hen do a week Friday, would love to lose 7-8 lbs by then!
