Hi, yes I did a full 13 weeks, started the refeed last Tuesday and it's going great :) x

gosh you are so good, i would love to be able to keep at it for that long but I think after 8 weeks i might refeed and do the maintenance, just because I have a lot coming up, if I can manage 9 or 10 I will but I want to be on maintencane for my trips away at the end of June! :(

Good luck, you will get lots off in that time :)

Luckily I didn't have much going on so was able to stick at it. Last weekend was the start of a few busy months which is why I started the refeed, going to be having a shake a day for the next two weeks as I have some left x

Yes definitely, the first meal I had was a small chicken breast & small salad and I could only manage half, 7 days later and I've just had my tea which was salmon, a small portion of veg and 3 small new potatoes, I'm stuffed! I don't get hungry between meals either. I'll be making sure I don't start snacking too as I'm sure it will be a slippery slope :) x

thats great news makes me feel loads better i was was wondering if this is the all worth while . didnt c the point if i was going 2 want to eat as be for x thanks
