Just sticking to the diet. walk as much as possible, have been getting off the train two stops early in the morning and doing a 20 min walk to work, then walking again at lunch time if i can be bother(or its not raining).

the weight loss has given me more enthusiasm for doing more exercise.

Roll on week two. hoping to get 1lb a day off next week.
