    Thanks everyone! it feels nice -thats all i can say! i hope week 2 is as good (emotionally and determined) as week 1 although i dont expect weight loss to stay this high every week!!

    Still feeling good - but find weekends so much tougher than the week....think its because my daughter eats all weekend lol...I'm even tempted by things i wouldnt normally touch, but i wont give in...I wont give in...(its my mantra!) - I've done my eyebrows, a face pack, some arm exercises, watched a film, read my book - anything to keep 'not giving in' :)
