Week ten weigh in - 6lbs off!

Just done ten weeks on TS and my loss today takes me to a total loss on Exante to 4 stone and 3lbs! Lost a stone before starting Exante so in total have lost 5 stone and 3lbs.

Cannot believe it to be honest. Never thought I would last so long!

Feel for the first time that I CAN do this! x
