Weighed myself today and I've stayed the same despite sticking to the diet! I have swapped from TS to WS but was making sure the extra 400 cals was all low carb food such as fish and chicken. Even went for an indian on Thursday but stuck to tandoori fish and chicken, with a little spinach paneer, no carbs at all. So if i've only had less than a thousand cals each day why have the scales stayed the same? is this because I have swapped from TS to WS? Lost 12lbs in total over three weeks, so happy with that, but it's such a discouragement to see the scales stay the same when you know you've been good!
