Moona - I'm not sure about the water, but I've heard that it helps. I do knock it back like a good'un (usually around 5l). Also, I'm still several stone overweight - isn't it true that the bigger you are, the bigger the (initial) losses?
You're doing fab - do you drink lots of water?
5litres....that's very impressive. On a good day, I manage to drink 4 litres, although I do always drink a minimum of 3. My start weight was 14st 13lbs and my target weight is 9st 7lbs. I've got my 4th weigh in tomorrow at noon - It would be nice to have lost 1.5stone in a month. What day do you have you weigh in?
