Well, I'm on my way back from London now and have eaten badly. Thought about being good and then thought that I actually want to be able to enjoy myself food-wise now and again! So...I've eaten penne carbonara, pringles, maltesers, prawn Mayo sandwich, penne with king prawns and tomato sauce...I've also had two glasses of orange juice. This constitutes two days worth of food by the way! How badly doyou think this will affectmy weigh in on Monday?
