Weekend Exercise Ideas??

Ok so Monday-Friday I work in an office and so I use my lunch hours in the gym doin a mix of different classes.....

Saturdays normally spent doing bits and bibs as is Sunday - I don't really go to gym the weekend..... However seeing as I am on a challenge to lose 14lbs by Xmas I need to think of something to do to keep my metabolism up

P.s I'm working in my shop this weekend it's a sandwich bar coffee shop and we have late night opening as the Xmas lights are being switch on for the village???? So will be on my feet all day.....but

Any ideas how to get so exercise in there???

Tricky one...

For work in the office do you take the lift or stairs? Maybe taking the stairs instead of taking the lift? Or getting out of the lift a few floors early and walking the others if it's in a block?

How do you get to work? If you dont walk you could try walking there, or part way there, e.g. if you get the bus, get off a couple of stops earlier and walk a bit?

Saturdays/Sundays - work in some body magic? cleaning? - dance around to music while you do, will burn extra calories and release those happy hormones. Car cleaning is a tough one - makes you use lots of different muscle groups.

Working in the shop...hmmm..how about squats while no customers are waiting - sounds odd I know hahaha but I was always told to do butt clenches :)? during break time taking a short stroll around the block?
