Well the weekends are always the absolute worse for me but I managed perfectly ok! Although I made my own version of “pink champagne” for Saturday night (ok so not the same a teeny teeny spot of squash just for the colour in 2ltrs of sparkling water) but I’m happy with that. Although think I may move to working solution next week as I’ve got a really mad week and half at work and cant afford to have brain haze L

I'm giving working solution a try for a week as I'm on wk 6 and missing food a bit, gonna do a bar for brekkie, soup for lunch and then chicken salad etc for tea, hoping it won't affect my losses too much, will let you know how I go x
