I find the potential problem at weekends is drinking, so I get a bottle of WW wine, which is 6 points for a whole bottle and its really nice, so I make sure I only have 12 points for the day beforehand (i'm on 18 a day). It makes me merry but not so drunk I forget i'm on WW!
Otherwise, I just try and make healthy choices if we go out to eat, and things like going to the cinema, instead of buying popcorn there, i'll take my own bag of snack-a-jacks salted popcorn, which is only 0.5 points a bag!
