i use all my weeklies and only lose 1lb,
i take the weekend off to treat myself

I use about ten to fifteen of my weeklies but my weight loss varies so its hard to know for me x

I usually never use my weeklys and I normally get a good 2lb or so loss. Lost 7 last week but that was my first week back on it
The only time I normally use weeklys is if I'm out having a drink but can u imagine the ap's u earn from dancing like an idiot all night lol
Veryvery occasionally I'll get a takeaway to treat myself (some times I don't kno how to point it) but I will go for a long walk the next day to make up for it.
Generally as a rule I don't use weeklys, its just what works best for me. Hope this helped xx

I use weeklies every week hon. couldn't do this without them I don't think. If you add up all the calories you're eating in a week plus the weeklies, you're still eating less enough food to lose. They wouldn't have given us the weeklies otherwise. Some people find they lose more if they don't use them. Some people (my stunner friend Claire-bear on here ;)) actually had to start _using_ them to lose weight! Try a week using them and then try a week not using them. Xx

Thanks for the replies. I think im going to use them and when i have slow weeks, maybe cut them down.

I've most of my weeklies the 6 weeks I've been on and I've lost 3 lb every week.

I run about 12 miles a week and don't eat the activity points so that may help.

Last week I left 18 weeklies and still had the same loss, so I've ate them all this week haha. I get weighed on a Friday then eat them all on that weekend & I'm good all week, chuck in my 12 miles and it's working well.

I think it's trial & error. Good luck.
