Weekly Meal Planner and other useful stuff! :)

Hello everyone! :D

I am here today to share with my lovely diet buddies, some useful things I use to help me organise and stay on track in this ever ending journey to lose weight and in our mutual pursuit of happiness!

Today I am sharing 2 more documents/wall planners that you can print for yourself and friends, you can modify it to suit your needs or you can use it as an inspiration to do your own one. :p
I find that it is very effective when I print them and post them near the fridge and in the wall beside my computer desk, this way I always get to look at them and remind me of my "diet plan". :p

The first one is a Weekly Meal Planner.
It is a 7 day planner that helps you motivate and you can use to write down the food you plan to eat, it has small square boxes to help you tick the meals you had, on the bottom there are areas to put your current weight and the weight losses you had that week.
I have made two versions of this, one is empty and ready to be edited and the other one is filled with my own plan so you have an idea what it is and to serve as guideline.

The second one is Daily Diet Cards.
I made these to track throughout the day the amount of water I drink and also my meals (sometimes I forget them indeed lol).
They are business card sized and each page gives you 8 days, just cut them and your ready to go! :)

I have added images to each so you can have a preview, and below the direct links to download as PDF or .DOC (editable).
You can save them to your computer by right-clicking the link and selecting "Save as" or "Save link as", if you run into any problems just give me a PM.

They were made to suit my current diet but I am more than happy to help anyone create one that suits their diet as well, just post here and I will do my best to create one for you as soon as I can.
