    Hi all,

    I've had my second weigh in this evening. And...........I've lost 10lbs this week!! Woo hoo!! Am sooooooooooo happy!!

    That takes me to a total of 1st 5lbs in 12 days. If anybody had told me this three weeks ago, I'd never have believed them!!

    How has everyone else done this week??
