    Hi,

I havent really been reporting my weekly weight losses. So i thought i would start now on week 6! :p

I lost 5lbs today. Am now 12 stone 6lbs. I am really happy with that, I felt like my weight loss was starting to slow down but am glad that it hasn't just yet :D

About 4 and a half years ago i remember going to to the doctors and they weighed me. I was 12 and a half stone then, and they told me i was over weight and i remember being in shock at the weight i was. But today... i am over the moon that i have got down to the weight i was 4 and a half years ago!!:p It really feels like a huge achievement:party0011:

    Happy losing xx

Yeah tomorrow! I've had a cheeky weigh in at home and think im down 2lb however its TOTM and i feel bloated, fat miserable etc lol as you do. I will just be grateful for any loss and concentrate on next week.

I agree i love it too, no worrying whether or not you will lose any! We know we have to xx

Yeah, I'm all the time weighing myself at home but never come up with the same as the pharmacy!! :) So long as the weights going down I'm happy out. So the WI is still a nice 'surprise' to look forward to every week. I think that you'll b surprised too. :)

Hey, Had my 7th Week weight in yesterday, and i lost a 1lb!! But I got my period yesterday as well, so it must have been that. Oh well will hopefully lose a lot next week :)

I went shopping today to see if i had gone down a dress size (start size 16/18), and picked up what i thought was a size 14. It was actually a 12!! Decided i would try it on for a laugh... but it actually fit!!! He He. OK they were very tight and i have a ridiculous muffin top, but i bought them anyway to slim in to them :) Cant believe i got the button on and the zip up though!!!

Well done Lizzie....it is really good when you can buy something that you wouldn't have normally fitted in to. I am currently managing to fit in to some of the top branded clothing so as a treat I have bought some really nice tops as a reward some of them look a little bit too fitted but I have more to lose......oh happy day's

Well done your loss lizzieb and how great you must have felt getting those size 12's zipped up - woo hoo! they'll be hanging off your slim hips in no time at all. I'm just waiting for my time of month too but hopefuly i'll not retain too much fluid! Am sure you'll have a bigger loss next week but remember 1lb off is still miles better than 1lb on - may mean the difference between a size 12 or size 14?! Keep it up girl!
