ProPoints Weeklys

Hi hun, it's up to you as how you use the weekly's or pps, the good thing with ww's you can have the odd few treats. At moment im counting calories but when I have followed ww's sometimes I use weekly's to cover the weekends and stick to daily points during the week, maybe don't use all your weekly points on treats try and use some more healthy foods- or you can just spread your treats and pps out over the week if that's better for you x
 
Thank u for reply hun i used to save as many ad posible till friday for vodkas with diet coke i still have 19 left how are u finding calorie countin x
 
I try and stick to my daily pp but I'm struggling so I end up dipping into the weeklies each day. If I have social things planned then I save them for that xxx
 
Wow thank you! I have a busy week socialising so I'm thinking I may switch and try f&h next week with hopefully some good results ? finding sticking to just 26 a day touch so alway dip into weeklies xxx
 
Sounds good sparkles i have found i go over my 29 points i have loads of ww meals so think i might do one day of a weekend depending how my weeklys are looking x
 
To be honest i did used to find them easyer but now am discovering that when am on filling and healthy i dont eat that much x
