Hi All

I'm new to SW and I must admit I am struggling to understand how it works. I'm getting very confused. I only started on Thursday so only on day 4. Are weetabix free or do they have a syn value? Thanks in advance for your help

All of the plans on SW have Free Food, Syns & Healthy Extras (A&B).

Weetabix fall into the HE category so you'll only have to syn anything over the normal 2 biscuits.
