Yep i do it too, i get weighed at 11.30am so not too bad but my mouth gets so dry,lol
weigh day almost nil by mouth anyone else?

Oh! This is news to me! Very interesting!
Although my CDC said to try and wear the same clothes or the same type of clothes as my first weigh in, she never mentioned anything about the water but I guess thats what KD is saying!
Anyway, I'll see what the scales say on Saturday afternoon! My 1st official weigh in since starting CD!!!!

Oh gosh, thats an awful long time without a drink
That's not good Besides, it probably wouldn't make any difference to your weigh in as you would have probably wee'd out what you had drunk in your fasting state anyway.
Please don't do this.

My CDC does a lovely ketones test with me AND checks the acidity so she can tell if I'm dehydrated and give me a good kick up the bum for not drinking enough water!
