Tasty Tracey I know it feels slightly disappointing because you did the same this week as you do every week, but remember we are all made differently & we all burn fat at different rates.
You are going in the right direction & its better 2lbs off than 2lbs on, which can happen when you are on other diets.
Next week is supposed to even out for you, so you should have a better loss then.

I "only" lost 2 ibs last week & was a bit disap but its 2ibs in the right direction & I wasnt drinking enouh water. Does make a difference....just a thought but big hug meanwhile! You're doing great!
