Good luck! You should ask her if u can pee before she weighs you so the scales are right. I always release my bladder before i get weighed. Xx

Hi yes I did a ketosis test so my bladder was empty! Was really nervous but I've lost 10.7 lbs!!!
Made up! Really chuffed! Would never have lost that on another diet in one week!
I now get weighed on Wednesday so that's 4 days not sure what can be achieved in they but I'm doing ss until then. See how I do on that x
I've also taken one bar a day one brick a day .
It's my birthday sunday and I was going to have a day off but I'm so determined to do this I'm not!
