Sorry to hear that you are stressed out - and then feeling tired just makes it seem worse.

Good for you on your resistance levels so far - have a nice hot soak, lots of bubbles - then an early night..... and fingers crossed for successful weigh in tomorrow.

If there is one thing I know from experience it's that whilst it might feel good at the time to have something extra to eat it feels rubbish the next day. Well done for staying on track & good luck with the weigh in tomorrow :)
