So i just had my third weigh in and ive lost another 5lb so happy as my 1st week was only 6lb and its normally higher.

It just makes me more determined not to give up. this week has been a struggle tho

thanks stacey i really am, had been bad and weighed myself half way through and it said id lost a pound so was a nice shock! How you getting on with tfr? hope ur coping well xx
