Just had my 5th weigh in and lost 5.5lbs which takes me over two stones loss!! It's really cheered me up 'cos I was feeling pretty fluey over the weekend.

Hi Jenny - I live in Edgbaston just off Hagley Road, but trek over to Northfield to a pharmacy because my local one was useless. How 'bout you?

Much better today Han Han thanks. I was all geared up for a day off in front of the telly, but as usual I felt lousy Saturday and Sunday, but fine today so back at work.
