weigh in after holidays!!

well i went for my diet clinic weigh in today and im pleased to say that i have stayed the same!!!!! i cant believe it after the cruise food i ate...

well the nurse was pleased that i hadnt put weight on and also said that since its totm as well then i could have lost a bit..

so its now time to get back to the gym everyday and back to the strict diet!
