Extra Easy Weigh in day tomorrow!!

It's my first weigh in tomorrow after a week of following the EE plan!! I really hope iv done well and lost some weight

I have actually really enjoyed it! It's been a great week! Just worried I have eaten to much and stuff like that! X

Its always the way, when i first did SW i thought there was no way i could lose weight eating so much. But i lost 4 1/2lbs in my first week. Good Luck.

I've had five green days and had the weekend following the extra easy plan and its my first weigh in tomorrow too. I feel like I've lost a little but the scales will tell. Good luck!

And me Clareel. My W I tomorrow it will be the 7th week, and I get myself so worked up before I step onto those scales. It means such a lot doesnt it? What will be will be, I should have a loss as I have been 100% on plan, just havent had many syns though. I have drunk loads of water and eaten melon,grapefruit, etc till its coming out of my ears.
