Weigh in Day...

Well i was sooo excited this morning to go and get weighed before work...got to the chemist and there was 4 people in front waiting for their weigh in!!!! Gutted-had to go to work!
Now im dreading it! Im premenstral today...my hands have gone puffy and i feel bloated! i thought this wasnt gonny happen...and i feel as if i havent lost anything at all! so im premenstral this week and TOTM next week! AAAAGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
(i think im making excuses cos im scared)!!!!

i lost 7lbs...bit disappointed but moving on...Week 2...here i come!!! x

7lbs lost is a great start to your diet. sometimes it can be hard when you read others first weigh ins. I think it depends on the individual and how much they have to lose. Keep up the good work littleflower2 xx
