Today was my third weigh in, week by week I have only considered how much I have lost each week, well imagine my disappointment when I got weighed today and had only lost 1lb! At first I felt disheartened, then I remembered what I had read on other peoples posts when they had only lost a lb....
Don't go by the loss you have had weekly, add it all up as you go along, well I did that and in 3 weeks, I have lost a total of 18lbs!!!! When I look at it this way, I realise just how well I have actually done
So I would tell everyone who feels disheartened by a small weight loss too always look at the bigger picture ;-) it really does make days like today 100% better!
Also, my friend Sarah Lou, advised me too take my measurements, I took those Wednesday, and after I was weighed today, I checked them again and too my utter amazement I have lost 10 inches :-D :-D :-D
So my advice is - always look at your losses as a whole total, and definitely do your measurements! They honestly make days like today even more motivating!
