Afternoon All,
Well Monday is here again, and today in WI day for me, dreading it, really want to have lost 3.5lbs today which would get me my 1st stone mark, but not sure, time will tell.
I've be so called good, havent ate anything much i should have, tho i did have a KFC one day and limited what i ate, (childs day out) so i hope it doesnt tell too much, ive excerised about 4/5 times this wk to help me get something off, to be honest id prob be happy with 2lb off.
I will let you all know this evening how i get on
