nevermind, try not to get upset, tomorrow is another day and look at the inches you've lost.

You've done great so far so keep it up, drink plenty of water and try yo up your exercise if you can and I'm sure you will lose it again next week.
 
Sorry to read you have gained but as sarah said carry on going and mine sure you will loose that and more. x

yes seeing them lost inches makes me feel a lot better, as for exercise i done 30 mins each morning on the wii fit boxing i think its the body going into shock :D as i have never done exercises before not even walking anywhere:p.

orrrr so sorry & u worked so hard with exercising ,they do say that exercising can retain fluid in the past this has happened to me ,like sarah has said try drinking plenty of water fingers crossed for u 4 next week have agud wk
