Looking forward to it but a little apprehensive! I want to get into a really good exercise regime too which is one of the reasons for me swapping to maintenance as I personally would worry about not eating and spending over an hour in gym and then a swim after.

thats absolutely fab....end is in sight! I agree with the exercise and lipotrim.....Im still feeling really out of energy on week 5 but really want to start swimming again but think i will wilt after a lap or 2! well done again

Thats a great weight loss and in such a short time too!! l am on my 3rd week now and would like to start some exercise l think l will start with swimming, hopefully wont run out of energy in the deep end!!!
