    Well I crashed on day 18 as I told you all and i've been a bad boy ever since.
    Well not that bad as it all been protein only stuff, eggs and chicken, not massive amounts, one meal. Its mainly due to some late nights!!!
    Anyhow Im refeeding this week in preparation for my Dads wedding this coming saturday (30th July)
    I am pleased to announce that this morning I weighed in at 13st 12lbs.
    That is another 6lb loss:D
    Im pleased about the refeed it has come just at the right time, though im nervous about cocking it up......any tips???

    I will be resuming TFR 100% on the 1st August for 3 weeks ready for my 40th on the 23rd August.

    Well done on the loss. Can't help with the refeed - never done it properly. I think the main idea is to bring things in gradually and not to go mad. It's the not going mad bit I have difficulty with! Take care and enjoy the wedding.

    hi nathan, well done so far your losses are fantastic...........as 4 the refeed y not go on the refeed forum or peoples diaries to get a look on how they did it xx enjoy the wedding hun and look 4wad to seeing you back here to get yourself good 4 your 40th x

    Good luck for refeed. Hop over to the refeed forum and check out a few threads there. If you stick 100% to the refeed sheet you won't have a massive gain.
