weigh in results after blip!

    Hi all,
    Just to say that after my blip on Thursday I have not only managed to avoid any weight gain, but lost 3 lbs yipeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
    That makes total loss in 4 weeks of 20lbs!
    I am so pleased am now 11.3:D

    Wow- well done 20lbs is great. I had a blip over the weekend and I'm juyst hoping when I weigh in later I've lost maybe one or two, I'd be delighted with 3!
