After having a rubbish start to the week, which involved me and my best friend consuming a bottle of vodka and lots of red bull :break_diet:!!!!
I decided to get back on the waggon and stick to the plan, keeping under 15 syns a day and also a trip to the pool for aquaerobics and got on the excersise bike for 30 min.
I managed to loose a fab 4lbs!!!!
Was gob smacked, total lose to date is 1stone 2.5lbs which i've managed to do in 6 weeks!
I'm going on holiday in Septemeber to malta for a week, so i've 13 weeks to go and i want to loose another 1stone and 7 lbs - that will get me past my 10% which is 25lbs!!!
Hope i can do it!!!
